WHOLE-WHEAT cookies (eggless)

Hey foodies!

Welcome to our blog,

A cookie is a baked or cooked food that is typically small, flat, and sweet. It usually contains floursugar, and some type of oil or fat. It may include other ingredients such as raisins, chocolate chips, nuts, etc. Cookies are often served with beverages such as milkcoffee or tea and sometimes dunked,  which releases more flavour from confections by dissolving the sugars, while also soften their texture.

Cookies are most commonly baked until crisp or just long enough that they remain soft, but some kinds of cookies are not baked at all. Generally, they are made in a wide variety of styles using different ingredients including sugarsbutterpeanut butternuts, or dry fruits. The softness of the cookie may depend on how long it is baked. There is lots of baking science behind what makes a soft, chewy cookie versus a crisp, crunchy cookie. The ratio and type of sugars used, the amount of butter or shortening, and how much flour is stirred in all make a difference.
