WHOLE-WHEAT PIZZA

Pizza is an Italian dish and famous worldwide. We all love pizza, isn't it? Today we've come up with a healthier version :p(slightly). It's a whole-wheat pizza. We won't disappoint you guys. It still tastes delicious and the bonus is...it's done without yeast!  Yes, this one still is gonna have amazing texture and you guys will not regret it.

Preparation time: 15min
Cooking time: 15min (for 1 pizza)

Ingredients: 
For pizza base:
Whole-wheat flour(atta)-120gms/1cup
Salt                                -1tsp
Ghee/oil                         -1tbsp
Baking soda                   -2pinches
Baking powder              -1/2tsp
Sugar                                - 1 tablespoon 
For baking:
Salt   - 150-250gms(depends on your kadhai)
Butter/ghee- to grease tray/plate
Red chilli sauce- 1-2tbsp
Pizza sauce      - 1-2tbsp
Toppings:
Capsicum(red and green), onions( you can add anything extra if you want)
mixed herbs and chilli flakes -garnish
Cheese -2slices used ( for 1pizza)
(you can also use mozzarella cheese, I used cheese slices because of non-availability of mozzarella cheese)
THIS WOULD MAKE 2 PIZZAS
Process:
1. Knead the dough along with salt, baking powder, sugar and baking soda. The dough shall be kneaded only with curd(dahi) and not with water. Make 2 portions equally.
*you can find the dough breaking a bit and it's okay!!
when it's done add 1tbsp ghee/oil to the dough and knead it for 2-4min                                                 
2. Take any steel plate/ tray and press the dough on the plate to make it a crust. It shouldn't be too thin/too thick.
3. Spread pizza sauce and red chilli sauce 
4. Add cheese and veggies.
5. Now take a kadhai, fill the 1/4th of kadhai with salt and place any wire stand on top of it.
6. Preheat the kadhai for 10 min and later place the pizza plate inside and bake it for 15min(medium flame)
* Before preparing pizza base we need to grease the base with ghee/butter or the pizza would end up getting stuck to the plate.
7. After 10-15min remove the lid and check if it's done. We can see that the ends of the pizza turn slightly brown underneath.

8. Serve the pizza by adding mixed herbs, chilli flakes and extra cheese.
* The size of pizza would vary upon how you spread it while preparing the base.
                                                       pizza 1 with more cheese and fewer veggies

                                                    pizza 2 with less cheese and more veggies
